Pepper

black pepper is one of our main products. Grown in both places it fits well into the eco-system. One tree is needed to train each pepper plant.


Coffee

Robuster is the main variety and is grown in both places.It was chosen as it fits better into our system. It is more pest resistant and needs less attention. We grow Arabica in small amounts.


Cardamon

The queen of spices! It is produced in small quantaties as it is very work intensive, it also attracts a large number of pests and as we do not use pesticides we can only protect a limited number of plants not only from the pests but from the monkeys too!
